Beautymark Coven is a boutique spa located at 5137 69th Street, Suite A/B, Lubbock, TX 79424—you’ll find us right next to Cimarron Pet Salon, just off Slide Road. We offer a wide range of customized services including lashes, brows, body waxing, and more. Our mission is to deliver results that are tailored to you, connect on a personal level, and cultivate a community of supportive, passionate professionals in the beauty industry. New Clients: We ask that you schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation before booking your first service. This gives us the opportunity to: • Review your skin, lash, and brow health • Understand your goals and desired results • Share aftercare tips • Answer any questions or concerns you may have We believe in taking the time to get it right—and our goal is for every client to leave happy, confident, and cared for. We proudly offer a 2-Day Service Guarantee on the following services provided by Mel and Delayna: • Eyelash Extensions • Lash Lifts & Tints • Brow Tinting, Lamination & Henna What’s Covered: If you’re unsatisfied with the results of your service or experience any issues within 2 days, please contact us. We’ll assess the concern and offer one of the following resolutions: • A complimentary touch-up or adjustment with Mel or Delayna (based on availability) • An alternate solution agreed upon by both parties (e.g., partial credit or alternative service) What’s Not Covered: • Changes in personal preference after the service is performed (e.g., “I changed my mind about the color/style.”) • Aftercare neglect (we provide detailed care instructions—please follow them for best results!) • Issues reported after the 2-day window • Services performed by other independent booth renters (see note below) Note for Booth Renter Services: Many of our talented artists operate independently and set their own policies. This guarantee applies only to services provided by Mel or Delayna. For other service providers, please reach out to them directly or contact our front desk and we’ll help point you in the right direction. To Request a Service Review: Contact us within 2 days of your appointment by calling the spa or emailing [your email address]. Be sure to include your name, the service received, provider name, date of service, and a brief description of your concern (photos are helpful!). Beautymark Coven Spa Cancellation & Appointment Policy We respect your time, and we ask for the same in return. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our policies below: • Cancellations & Reschedules: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes to avoid fees. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. • No-Call, No-Show: Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without notice will be banned from booking future services until outstanding fees are paid. • Punctuality: Please arrive on time! We book appointments back-to-back, and being late may result in a canceled appointment and a cancellation fee. Guests & Children: • No extra guests allowed in the treatment room. Additional people must wait in the lobby. • Children: If your child cannot sit quietly and unsupervised for the duration of your service, please make arrangements for them. If this becomes an issue, you may be asked to reschedule and charged a cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies.
